Your world is changing rapidly. For many it seems to be quickening with the pace of daily tasks accelerating. It is wise indeed to find ways to calm your energy, and to relax.
We have difficulty in accessing you when your minds are so busy.
Becoming even more important to your health and sanity is purposefully deciding to slow down and relax.
Ashtara is finally choosing to create times in her busy days to relax and we take these opportunities to transmit our messages. We are concerned about the plight of your planet and all life upon her. Earth is an experimental zone in your Milky Way Galaxy and there are experiments taking place by nefarious forces to take it over. We, the forces of Light, do what we can to correct however we have learned not to interfere in humanity’s evolution. There
are legions of us doing our best to correct. We do need your assistance.
Yes, it takes spiritual will, effort and persistence to walk the spiritual path to overcome dense psychology and address your karma, yet it is the only way to lighten your life. We see your inner Light, the Light of your soul.
We also see it camouflaged by shadows.
We ask you to see and alchemise your shadows so your inner Light can brighten not only your world but also that of others.
