For decades our scribe has been sharing our messages to you and has enjoyed so doing. Her passion has been to awaken her readers into greater self-awareness leading to higher consciousness. We have assisted because it is also our aspiration. Many others of like minds have also assisted her work. We notice she is tiring. Her intention and her passion is the same.
We ask her to slow down and reduce her writing to once a month. She is stubborn, but hopefully will take notice of our request. Two other books is she to write this year and programmes for new classes. This is enough.
And now to our message.
TECHNOLOGY
The Age of Aquarius is upon you. True to the themes, amazing and mind expanding advances in technology are being made. Some will be of great use and value. Others can be dangerous.
Into whose hands will these inventions fall?
Already there are technologies to annihilate, and your government leaders boast of them. Their words appear to be threats to blackmail leaders of other countries. Is this not the action of the dark?
Again, we ask you to be discerning and learn to feel truth rather than believe all you read and hear in the mainstream media. Purposeful deception seems to on the agenda for many.
Keep your own counsel. Know who you are, as our scribe would say “warts and all”!
Truth will set your free. Speak your truth, of your feelings and knowing. Say “No” when you need to. Say “No” to subtle and not so subtle manipulation and blackmail.
And, become aware of the way you play the manipulation game by seeing it played outside yourself. The dark begins inside yourselves. Will you become conscious of it and choose to stop? Will you choose to become self-aware?
Hasn’t enough damage been done to your planet?
Love, gratitude and forgiveness are the keys to harmonising the vibrations on your planet. The dark comes from ignorance; the lack of self-awareness.
It is through our love and care for you and your planet that we come now in multitudes. We guide. We cannot do your inner work for you. You have all the resources inside of you to act responsibly, through love of self and the Divine Light within you.
Rather than focusing on information outside of yourself why not focus on learning about the journey of your own soul and it’s purpose of incarnation?

Following is a repeated message from the Pleiadians – my cosmic playmates in 2022/23/24, and my comments.
“We are the Pleiadians.
Thank you for taking our call. We will be brief.
The time is fast approaching when the great prophesied shift in human consciousness is to occur. Unprecedented in human history, how humans will experience it depends upon each individual’s current level of consciousness. Some are far more self-aware than others.
Some have developed emotional and mental intelligence. Others have not.
The shift is to take place. The light coming will envelop all humans- all living things. It is unstoppable. Many will say it is the result of solar flares.
We recommend you stay inside your homes, maintain calm, and observe with wonder and joy all that unfolds. You may feel unsteady, so rest in your beds. Breath slowly and deeply. Meditate and know that all will be well.
Trust your instincts and act upon them.
A new world is forming. You will feel and think differently, your perceptions will be heightened.
Some refer to this time as the second coming of Christ. It is indeed a loving energy that is to enfold you. Open up your hearts to receive it and all will be well.
Prepare for a new way of living life.

“We are the Pleiadians and we will be brief.
Many changes are taking place within those humans who have asked for our help. The changes are subtle, affecting the nervous system and some glands in the human body.
Adjustments need to be made to enable the embodiment of greater light. As the light increases, human receptors need adjusting. The level of adjustments made depends upon each individual’s needs. The science required is unknown in your world but this will change. Do not be alarmed if you feel strange sensations in your body. Sometimes shaking occurs.
Our scribe has been experiencing these adjustments for many years and refers to the process as consciousness acceleration. We are encouraging her to learn the scientific words that describe the adaption process.
Shadow material must be harmonised by the light otherwise beneficial changes to the DNA and RNA cannot take place.

Ashtara’s Comments
Following are some frequency adjustments I have experienced that you may recognise. I trust this sharing will ease the minds of those readers who have experienced similarly.
- Often, I feel tingling sensations in my crown and sometimes in my other chakras. The energy appears to go around in circles. I follow it in my mind, often increasing the circles.
- When I ask for an Arcturian Light download, I visualise a column of brilliant golden light descending and feel and sense this light entering inside my crown and inside and around my body. My heart warms and my entire body experiences a loving higher vibrational heat transfer. It feels as if my body is filing with love juice.
- Light healing: Through conscious and focused deep breathing, I use my mind at the same time as generating deep feelings of sincere gratitude and appreciation for my life’s learning experiences and, with Prime Creator’s love in my heart, direct the generated love energy towards healing any weakened body part, filling it to capacity. For years I’ve healed myself from damaged body parts through self-generating the vibration of love: e.g. About five years ago I was attacked by a big dog. I fell on my left side damaging my knee, ankle and foot. I lost consciousness. The medical specialist recommended a knee operation because it was so damaged. No! I healed it with love. Each day for three weeks I spent hours focusing on sending love juice to my knee, clearly imagining it completely healed. It is. I focused on sending love light to my ankle and foot. The foot took the longest to heal. I have never had a problem since.
- Sometimes during a day I feel an overwhelming need to rest. I try to ignore it but my mind fogs over and I can barely talk. I lie on my bed – knowing it is time for further adjustments to my psyche. I begin a deep, slow focused deep breathing process. Within half an hour my mind is clear and I’m bright and sprightly again. Often, I hear the words “It is done”!

And something for a bit of fun:
Re-reading, for about the fifth time, the book Earth: Pleiadian Keys to the Living Library, by Barbara Marciniak, I am again reminded that our purpose for being on planet Earth is to take part in the evolution of our soul. As the Pleiadians say -It’s time to make a commitment to create joy, creativity and love for yourself. ..only then will you benefit others. For if you do not evolve yourself, you do not serve others.
They go on to say that our body is the most valuable thing we will ever own or encounter. And that we are priceless. And that emotions are the sum total of our wealth They also say that a meeting of our multi-dimensional selves is in the making- and that our selves are not all human.
They mention geometry as a form of intelligence. This really resonates with me coz I’ve been attempting to teach my current students, via transmissions from my invisible team, about sacred geometry. It’s been fun. We’ve had many laughs. I’m learning heaps about it through my valiant teaching attempts!
In this book, they also say that Prime Creator is female. She birthed our souls into existence. My mind then questions: “Who decided our maker was masculine?” Food for reflection, huh?
And now, I’ll conclude with:
Mind and Spoon Bending
In the late 1990’s I travelled to Santa Fe in USA to attend a week long course called The Structure of Consciousness. I had no idea what these words meant. I was in USA and, while my former husband was attending a Denver trade show, I chose to spend the time learning. This course was the only one available within easy flying distance. Accommodation for the course was on top of a hill in an old monastery built by the Spanish in the early sixteen hundreds. There were about 20 people from all around the world attending the course. I was the only one from Australia.
The facilitator had spent 20 years living with the Lakota native American Indians. The course consisted of him attempting to train the group into right brain experience and understanding. I intuitively understood the exercises and enjoyed every one. They were fun! My soul’s memories arose to the surface of my consciousness and I responded to the exercises naturally and instinctively.
On the third day, the facilitator asked me to refrain from doing the simple exercises because I already knew what he was attempting to teach. I wasn’t conscious of what I knew! My experiential knowledge felt familiar but I didn’t have the conscious understanding, nor the words to describe it.
On the fourth day we were asked to go into a meditation using deep breathing. Easy! I decided to lie on the floor as I do during yoga practice, commencing with deep focused slow breathing. After about five minutes we were asked to sit in a circle. We were each given a solid and heavy silver spoon and asked to bend it. I’d seen someone on TV do this process so knew it was easy and quick. I focused my mind on task and felt the heat in my hands coursing through my fingers as I gently stroked the spoon’s handle. Within seconds the spoon bent.
The facilitator silently handed me another. I did the same process with the same result. The other students saw what I had done and one of them believed she could do the same – and did. The others couldn’t open their minds enough to do so.
Message: We can change our beliefs.
We humans are amazing. In order to progress on our inner journey to the light we need to trust and have faith in our inner teacher/higher self who knows and sees far wider and broader than that of our programmed brain.
