Capricorn Full Moon conjunct Pluto – oppose Cancer Sun
29 degrees 08 minutes. 8.16 pm AEST – 21/07/2024
At this Full Moon with Pluto at 0 degrees 54 minutes in Aquarius and the Full Moon in the last few minutes of Capricorn, these two energies are intimately connected through a conjunction. A way to best describe these energies just flashed into my mind. It’s a story from long ago about one of my student’s grandsons.
He had just turned seven years old when he asked his grandmother to bring him to visit me. It was the day of a solstice.
Angelic, small and cute, with thick long socks rolled and hanging down over his shoes, he stood in front of me for about two hours delivering the most eloquent and engaging talk I’ve ever heard. He spoke fluently with honesty and conviction about his past lives, especially one in Egypt where he had been in attendance to a pharaoh. He named the pharaoh and described in detail the energy work he was required to do for him in the tunnels underneath his temples.
He knew the planet on which his soul had birthed and was disappointed when I hadn’t heard of it. He spoke of how all the planets in our Solar System make resonant harmonic sounds when their orbits are synchronised, and of how challenging it is for the entire solar system and all lives upon it when a planet moves off its regular orbit. He also spoke of the different colours emanating from each planet.
He told me he knew of his purpose for incarnation this time around and it was to learn how to manage and harmonise two main astrological streams of energy within him. These two specific energies were those of Capricorn and Aquarius. He told me how he felt divided inside himself because half of his birth chart was full of Capricorn planets and the other half Aquarian. His Capricorn energy and opposing Cancer emotions involved a great deal of past life fear and limitation in relation to his father, who he experienced to be a stern and controlling disciplinarian.
His Aquarian side is that of a scientist. He knows he has incarnated to revolutionise an aspect of medical science, knows exactly what it is and also knows his soul will not allow him to do so until he had worked through his karma with his father.
Needless to say, I was astounded by his wisdom.
The cosmic energies I refer to in the little boy’s story above are similar to the ones beaming on us at this 21/07/24 Capricorn Full Moon.
Our bodies contain mostly water. The water in our bodies is a container and carrier of emotion. At any full Moon our inner tides (emotions) can arise to their fullness. Because this Capricorn Full Moon is closely connected to Pluto deep and powerful emotions may arise if we decide to get to the bottom of a life-long issue possibly related to home, family, self-care, self-nourishment and/or belonging. Let’s look at belonging. Do you feel you belong to your family of birth? Do you feel you belong to yourself? Have you found a ‘tribe’ where you feel you belong? Have you felt within your heart the presence of your soul, the part of you where you do belong? And, how many of us were taught to be responsible for our emotions, thoughts and actions? All of these themes connect to the Capricorn/Cancer energies within us all.
Pluto requires us to dig into the depths of our subconscious realms, our underworld, in order to find cause of our personal psychological issues, realise and accept the truth of them, choose to do what it takes to transform them and – like a new-born baby – emerge from our underworld “born anew”.
I have never forgotten that little boy, nor his narrative. I trust he has been able to work through his psychological issues to now realise he lives in a Thought Universe creating his own life by his thoughts along with the resultant emotions and actions.
Many scientists are engaged in revolutionising medical science from different angles so maybe he is one? Many of them meet with opposition. This is changing because of the solid evidence provided. This young man may have a tough challenge. The money-making powers that now rule are not likely to appreciate an Aquarian humanitarian approach. How can money be made that way? This monetary theme is much the same as it was when Nicola Tesla discovered free energy easily available to all early last century. He proved it – but his simple and natural free energy invention wasn’t appreciated. He suffered.
Aquarian science will win out – eventually. It is already breaking down some of the outworn Capricorn societal structures. Aquarian Age technological, humanitarian and scientific ways of living life will become more evident. After all – we are now travelling through the section of the sky relative to the Age of Aquarius. This cannot be ignored or changed. Our world is changing – and change is one thing that is constant in life.
As always, I’m optimistic about our future. I am astounded at the amount of internal and external positive change I have experienced throughout my life. Love will prevail. Love does make the world go around. When we daily and consciously turn our focus to the giving of love we naturally receive like energy. The Universal Law of Attraction is always in effect.
May love’s blessings fall upon you at this Full Moon.
