It is time for us to be more forthright and clear. We have advised our scribe accordingly.
She is our messenger and has proven to be reliable. We trust her and she has learned to trust us.
Over millennia of time your specie has adapted to change, through necessity. This evolutionary experience continues. We, the Elohim, who were often referred to in ancient texts as the Gods who came down to earth from heaven, have been a part of your process.
We connected with Ashtara approximately thirty years ago. She recorded the ball games we played together. These ball games were symbolic for the planets in your Solar System. From that time to 2024, a complete Saturn cycle, we observed her evolutionary progress. So many shadows has she transformed into Light, not only within herself but through guiding and teaching others to do the same. This process has enabled greater Light – the lightness of Spirit – to spread upon your planet. This process of transforming the shadows of ignorance into the light of understanding has become a frequency wave and is needed for the stabilisation of your planet.
Much upheaval is to come. Those seeking to get through greed, money and control now have such damaging technology they will use it to fulfil their ambitions.
Planet Earth is a living organism, with a Spirt. She will protect herself as best she can. It has always been. Your scientist have recorded many of these past measures. Calamities have occurred that have changed the lives of all creatures resident upon her. And so it continues, a natural evolutionary process.
To establish vibrational harmony requires understanding of, and focus upon, all that is internally disharmonious. The main cause of disharmony is human ignorance and disinterest that arises from a lack of love and appreciation for your Prime Creator, and for the gift of life. Life is vibrational, created by thought. Loving thoughts and deeds of consideration for self, others and your planet create harmony – a healing vibration. We encourage you to become aware of the thoughts that create blockages in your body and your life. They are yours to transform.

We are the Elohim continuing our message.
When a human receives information from discarnate sources it can be challenging to adjust mentally to the process. For you, Ashtara, it has become easy as you are prepared. For others, not so. We, and others of like-mind, are increasing our contacts. Ask your readers to be open to contact. Focus is needed and an open mind. We come to those with a pure and loving heart.
Your world is changing, and rapidly. An image we give you will help you to understand the process.
Imagine your planet in space, in orbit. Above it is an instrument pulling the shell into a higher dimension. It is a subtle but strong pull. Some people, those self-aware, move with the shell – others stay behind. The shell is of light substance and more ethereal.
It is a simple image, one that can easily be understood by those who allow it.
The shift taking place is dimensional. Like radio waves or TV channels, invisible but real. We offer the image to assist understanding.
Humans have existed on Earth for millions of years. Skulls have been found confirming this fact. Natural evolution has taken place gradually and is continuing. Some people are remembering their origins from the stars and our scribe is one. Often the memories do not make rational sense. They feel and are known as real. As the shadow psychology covering these memories is realised and released, clarity emerges. This is a natural psychological process taking place for many people on your planet now, no matter the race or the country. As the shadows formerly hiding truth reveal, greater light of consciousness fills the space. The heaviness of density no longer holds captive the soul because the lightness of truth replaces it and freedom experienced. Gratitude fills the heart, the soul rejoices and lightness of Spirit results.
Human evolution into truth is occurring. We, and others of like-mind rejoice and can assist the process, if asked.
We cannot interfere. We did so once upon a time and have interference karma to work through.
