Emotion Follows Thought
“The early hours of the morning are the most conducive to receive our messages. The static is less and the human mind is more relaxed and receptive. Our ‘calling card’ is often an image or a sound. Sometimes it is both. The mind is not only relaxed but also can become focused on the pattern interrupter.
As many of your wise forefathers said, the world above is but a reflection of the world below – inside of you. You are master magicians, creating worlds by your thoughts. Many humans are waking up to this realisation. Others will follow. Every thought you think creates an effect. When the words within the thought are love-filled, the effect is loving.
Why choose to create harm?
Emotion follows thought. As the waves of the ocean can be still and calm, or turbulent and wild, so it is with the human mind.
It takes the desire for peace, and the willingness to develop internal peace through present-moment self-awareness, before peace can be experienced as a constant. You have the power within to observe and monitor your thoughts. By practicing present-moment self-awareness this state of being can be attained. Many are making the attainment of this natural state their personal goal.

“Excessive high temperatures can stimulate emotional reactions, especially when individuals remain unaware. The suppression of human emotion creates a build-up of energy that can act like a bomb within the human energy field. High temperatures often trigger its’ release. Emotional energy explosions add to the existing high temperatures.
As more and more humans become conscious of this process and choose to be responsible for their creations, high climatic conditions will lessen. Human thought creates emotion. Human emotion has an effect on the one feeling them; on others experiencing the projected energy, and on the surrounding atmosphere. Human sensitivity to dense emotional energy is increasing and will continue to do so. Temperatures will rise accordingly. The Universal Law of Cause and Effect is always in operation. What is caused by human thought and emotion has an effect. This effect is experienced through feeling.
Many people feel the effect of dense projected thought as a weakening body sensation. It can feel painful. Just as a leech clings and sticks to a human body, so too does projected thought. When the thought is loving those receiving it feel energised and uplifted. When the thought is dark the receivers’ energy weakens.
Unconscious transmissions of human thought can create harm or can create healing.
We ask you to become aware of your energetic transmissions and be accountable for them.”

Universal Order
“When it is time for an individual human to awaken to a reality greater than currently known, internal experiences take place. These internal experiences often create discord and concern. For example, un-diagnosable health problems can arise. The individual intuits that something strange is taking place internally but is often unable to comprehend its true nature. Often psychological assistance is sought, and can help. Childhood traumas are uncovered that can be seen in a new light should the awakening individual be willing to open their eyes to truth.
Transforming or alchemising the past and learning to perceive it from a higher perspective, is a part of the awakening process.
An order exists that often is beyond the scope of human understanding. To mystics, it is a spiritual order. To scientists, it is something different. Within this order is structure. This structure is consciousness, governed by the creativity and love of our Creator.
Many people are sensing this Universal Order; many are recognising and actualising it. The lights are turning on in their consciousness as they become self-aware.
We, the Arcturians, exist on a different plane of consciousness to that of most humans. We comprehend and work with the Universal Order to aid the evolution of human consciousness. We love and care for the human family, and we will come again.”

“A transition phase is taking place. A transition from the lower mind to the higher mind. For too long humans have lived in ignorance, unaware of the Divine Plan. You are not the only sentient beings existing in your area of space. As you evolve into greater light, filled with Prime Creator’s love, you will become aware of other light-filled human-like beings and interact with them. Unity in diversity will exist. The current transition phase will appear archaic.
We come to give you comfort during this transition. There are many in the higher realms available to support. We do need to be asked. A sincere heart-felt prayer will be heard. We are the Arcturians. We love and care for you, and will come again”.
