Thank you for hearing our call. We will be brief. For far too long you have suffered under a dictatorial regime where control and manipulation of your minds has taken place. For those awakened ones this will change. Alert to these old programmes, you will pay attention to them. You will be safe. Taking responsibility for your own lives and thoughts you will find alternate ways to manage your lives. Goodness and love will prevail.
We, and others of like mind, are supporting the foundation of a new world. We will train those who ask for our help as we support and train our scribe. Attention must be paid to the subtleties of our methods. In the silence shall you hear our voices. We cannot penetrate a noisy and busy mind.
We have much to share. Tune into the energy behind our words. You will learn that silence is golden.
We are the Pleiadians and will come again.

When I received this message my mind immediately turned to Anna’s words in the awe-inspiring book Anna Grandmother of Jesus channelled by Claire Heartsong, My well-read copy resonates with, and nourishes my soul because I feel it to be truth. The love-filled words act as soul food.
Early in the book, spiritually evolved Anna explains how she was trained, during her sleep and also when in silence, to listen to and receive guidance from her multi-dimensional trainers. She, and members of her holy family, sowed consciousness seeds two thousand years ago so we could tune into them during this Age of Aquarius. Should you decide to make the effort to do so the Pleiadians and other highly evolved light beings will aid your growth process. You are the only one who can prepare your mind accordingly. Serious intent and daily discipline are needed. The Pleiadians now offer you an opportunity. I recommend you take it.
