Energy Flows where Focus Goes
Clarity of mind leads to self-empowerment and being self-empowered enables the manifestation of dreams and hopes for our future. Planet Neptune, currently travelling through Pisces, enables confused minds to attain clarity of perception and attunement to higher celestial realms. Meditation, a now proven natural healing modality, is a healing tool to relax and open the mind to enable clarity. When mental and emotional energy is focused on fulfilling one’s heart-felt ideal, and the visualisation of living the ideal is practiced regularly, energy must flow to it. Inspired daydreams materialize through the practice of creative visualization because the mind doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination.
In 2026 Neptune will leave Pisces and not return for approximately 165 years so it’s wise to make the most of this cosmic energy package.
During the time Neptune transits through Pisces we are likely to see many changes to our understanding of the brain and how we can support it to function at optimum efficiency. We will also learn about the readily available prescribed drugs that can pollute our mental and physical health and environment. We will also understand more about mental health disease and learn the best natural modalities to practice to ensure optimum mental health.
If you haven’t already done so it would be wise to create, in detail, your inspirational heart-felt ideal(s) for good and learn to understand the metaphysical and spiritual Laws that enable manifestation. It’s wise not to involve another specific person because the immutable Law of Karma (Cause and Effect) is always operating.
To enable purposeful clarity of direction you may wish to create three ideals – one for each of your physical, mental and spiritual future direction. Take time with this creative process to ensure it is truly what you want on the deepest level of your being. Bear in mind that superficial, selfish and purely materialist ideals do not bring long-lasting fulfillment and happiness. Have fun with it, let go of control and force, and watch how it magically manifests.
