Thank you for hearing our call. We are pleased you are alert. In times to come you will look back on these times as the dark ages. The beginning of a New Age always brings massive changes to the consciousness of the humans upon planet Earth. It has always been.
The point of human life on Earth is to evolve in consciousness. Many of your species are now realising this. Your ancient texts have alluded to it.
For far too long devolution in human consciousness occurred. A correction is taking place according to natural phenomenon. This will continue. Technology will also advance in direct correlation to the evolution of human consciousness.
We come to you from a different dimension to that of your home planet. As a collective thought form you asked for our help. We are with you to support and guide. We cannot interfere in your evolutionary journey. It is a solitary journey. Each of you choose your own pathway according to your beliefs. Beliefs change as your consciousness advances.
We, and others, challenge our scribe to perfect a skill she learned in other incarnations. We are a group consciousness known as The Tall Ones. For many of your Earth years we have been observing your increasing Light and deem it appropriate to begin contact.

Ashtara’s Commentary
During the past 20 years I’ve had three clairvoyant visitations from The Tall Ones. I’ve felt them to be curious, interested, detached yet caring. I’ve seen them as a group of three, extremely tall and thin with brown skin. One carries a long staff. Their clothing is scant and from Nature. I’ve wondered if they are connected to, or are the descendants of, the ancient Lemurian civilisation.
It will be interesting to hear what the Tall Ones have to say. They will have a different perspective to that of my other cosmic trainers.

A second transmission from the Tall Ones, – 24 September, 2022.
“Thank you for hearing our call. We will be brief. Because of the increasing light currently charging your minds many people are experiencing weird sounds when relaxing. Concerned you need not be. Reflect on how you charge up your electronic devices. You plug them into a power source and turn on a switch. Often you hear a sound.
Those people, pre-programmed by their soul prior to birth to awaken to truth are experiencing a similar process. The ‘charging’ process is underway and this is affecting your body, mind and spirit. Some people have difficulty in managing this higher vibrational energy. Adaption is needed. We are the Tall Ones and will come again.”
Following this transmission, and, as I was drifting off to sleep again, I was shown a vision of a grey sphere, about the size of a tennis ball, being pierced by several energy beams with clearing smoke-like substance emerging from each pierced hole. I intuited the sphere was a symbolic representation of our brain and how the current cosmic awakening process is influencing it. It is also a similar symbolic representation of how I describe a birth chart.
