A personal transmission from the Arcturians

Some of your galactic family are choosing to remain in the 3D world of illusion while others such as yourself choose to do the inner soul work of purification. It is as is is. The meeting place is love.
Should this be absent, a separation occurs. It is the current state of affairs. We work with those who choose purification of psychological density that enables lightness of spirit.
Your world is shifting into two distinct vibrations. The Light of higher consciousness and the dark of ignorance. It is a vibrational split. Choices have been made. Those who chose self-awareness over ignorance will attract similar vibrations and the same for those who chose ignorance.
You can imagine this evolutionary process as two different frequency waves moving through space one over the other. For those souls in the lower vibration the frequency wave are more bumpy than those moving through life in the higher and finer light waves. The life experiences associated with the two waves will be different.
We ask you to share this word picture with your students and readers as it will assist them on the next phase of their life’s journey.

🌞 Working with the Rays of the Sun
On a morning beach walk, the sun was rising, casting a golden path across the calm ocean. The rays seemed to call me, inviting me to pause. I found a quiet place to sit, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin. With my eyes closed, I was met by an incredible colour — red — glowing behind my eyelids.
I linked it to my base chakra and felt the golden light pouring into it, cleansing, grounding, and restoring. Then the colour shifted — white, then orange — guiding my attention to my sacral chakra. When the light turned white again, I expected to see yellow, the colour of the solar plexus, but it didn’t come. I sensed a blockage.
Breathing gently, I allowed the rays to move through me. A green, web-like vision emerged. As I softened into my heart space letting it expand, a sense of ease washed over me.
Then I became aware of my throat chakra — a sensation of constriction — and again, only white light appeared. I relaxed into the experience, sensing that more work would be needed here.
Finally, a beautiful red colour returned briefly before fading once more into white, and I ended the meditation.
