Transiting Neptune in Aries

Dynamic Spirituality

Dynamic Spirituality! These two words sum up a positive use of this energy. The shadow side would be apathetic religious confusion. As I’ve mentioned previously, Neptune rules our mental health and those nebulous undiagnosable illnesses and viruses we can experience.  When Neptune moved into watery Pisces approximately 14 years ago, I wrote that suicide and mental health problems would increase. They did!

With Neptune moving through fiery Aries from 30th March 2025 to 24/03/2039, the energy is available to strengthen the spiritual urge and initiate dynamic action to correct the personal shadow psychology that causes mental health problems.

There will be many pioneering advances in medicine. Instead of handing over the responsibility for our health to an external source, there will be more people deciding to work on their personal shadow psychology to make the necessary corrections that enable optimum energy flow with the resultant good health. More people will understand that each of us is a bundle of vibrating energy that needs a harmonising charge to remain healthy.  The main energy ‘charge’ is to adopt a spiritual path that has meaning and gives your life purpose. Greater faith in a higher power will be developed as more people take charge of their own lives knowing they have within them the ability to heal whatever are the issues they create. This is a likely outcome of Neptune’s transit through the field of space known as Aries. Self-belief and self-trust will result.

Below are some themes applicable to Neptune and how they are likely to play out during the next 14 years.

Imagery.  An image tells a thousand words. Imagery is Neptune’s territory. There will be an increase in the use of imagery to communicate every-day matters. This communication style has been used by the indigenous peoples of the world since  their language began. Familiar word pictures are used to teach certain concepts. Westerners have used left-brain rational, logical and linear language, often to our detriment. Both communication styles have value. Since Neptune entered Pisces in 2011 there has been a tremendous increase in illustrated card decks used for daily spiritual messages.  This development paved the way for westerners to value imagery. There will be new ways of communicating through imagery that will continue this evolutionary process. Think of emojis – and the emotions they arouse. What would an advance of them look like?

Painting:  Some artists, when painting from a place of love and wisdom, have the ability to arouse the viewer’s  ancient memories. Much like specific places around the world where we have lived in other lives, and where we feel a feel sense of deja vu, a painting can do the same. I experienced this a couple of weeks ago at the Art Gallery, Uluru. As I softened my gaze when viewing an amazing aboriginal painting, I felt I was being “sucked in” to re-experience  an ancient memory; this time with more details than I’d remembered previously. I am so grateful to the artist, Carolann Ken, for her amazing work. She painted the story of an old women living alone in a cave. I have memories of doing the same, following a cataclysm. I felt compelled to tell my story and did so – on the cave walls. Through viewing this painting I was able to connect more ‘dots’ in my mind to  make sense of a reality I knew was true. I experienced a profound healing, through art.

Definitely Neptune’s territory!

Dance:  I love to dance. Dance is Neptune’s territory. Very early in my life, religion taught me that, when unmarried, dancing close together with a male was a sin.  I was about forty five years old when I learned that dancing by myself brought me the greatest of joy – and harmonised all the energies in my body. I was at a friend’s daughter’s wedding. All the young people were dancing and so enjoying themselves.  I joined them and out-danced them all. I didn’t want to stop! Never before had I felt such freedom of expression. Those people in my own age group sat and talked.

Every Monday morning at 7.00am this octogenarian attends a ‘dance for joy’ session. The facilitator creates a play list and attendees dance joyfully to it. I can feel all my bodily organs resonate as one and buzz as my internal energies unite, creating harmony and bliss.  And yet, through childhood societal restraints, so many people refuse to dance – to experience how the rhythm of the music activates and harmonises the body’s fluids and rhythm as the music aligns with the soul. Such a wonderful way to experience a  deep healing.

The opposite is true when the music is heavy, dark, harsh, loud and metallic. This kind of music stirs up shadow psychology and unresolved anger and aggression emerge to be observed and responsibility taken for it. Dancing for Joy is a great healing therapy.  Neptune in Aries will release many of the western societal limitations around  dancing for joy. Indigenous people have always danced for joy – and for story telling. I will be doing more of it and hope many of you will join me.

Inspiration: Contained within the word inspiration is inspire. Neptune inspires us to become closer to God/Goddess/All That Is. It could be said that Neptune rules our perception of Prime Creator. In what sign of the zodiac do you experience  your birth chart Neptune?  It is through that sign you perceive spirituality, and your ability to inspire yourself and others. The house will show the area of your life where you do so.

Why not reflect upon what inspires you to act as you do and to be as you are? Question yourself – as to whether  you place others on a pedestal, believing they have more connection to Spirit than do you, or because they can save you from taking responsibility for your own spirituality and actions? If so, disillusionment will surely follow. And its a sad and often shocking place to be in as we face a dissolving reality we have unconsciously created.
Once all the pieces of your life’s jigsaw puzzle are retrieved and owned, a new life awaits whereby Neptune in Aries will assist your pioneering and adventurous ability to further your life with passion and intent.

Dreams:  Neptune, as Lord of the Sea – rules our dreams, and can, via our Higher Self,  insert  into our night sleep images of other lives lived; warning dreams or even nightmares if something is troubling our soul and we are unwilling to view it objectively, and to calmly work it through to harmonisation. Dreams are 95% symbolic. We have the ability to learn to interpret our dreams.  It is an incredibly worthwhile study to undertake. As always, it’s up to us.

One thing for sure – when it is our soul’s timing to experience spiritual growth, we will receive from Neptune prompts, nudges and guidance in our dreams or meditations. It would be wise to pay attention. With Neptune in  Aries there will be millions of people prompted/guided/ urged to grow spiritually, sourcing guidance from deep within. They will receive it..  Aries is fire: Aries is action. Aries is dynamic.

Spiritual stagnation is over! Love is the spirituality of our future. It arises from the intelligence of the heart.  Be the change in the world you want to see and allow love to guide your lives.
