Early August 2025 Transmission from The Elohim

We have observed how life can be challenging when you step out of the quiet and calm space of the mind. Our scribe has trained her mind to be relatively calm and quiet yet when an important change in her life takes place she returns to her former busy mind. Some refer to this state of mind as a monkey mind – over stimulated and reactive. This state of mind is stressful and aging, eventually creating health problems.

How can you train your mind into a permanent state of calm? It takes regular daily practice of meditation, slow deep breathing, persistence, patience and intent. Daily walks in nature assist the process. Self-awareness is a key. Self-awareness requires the development of an observer perspective to the activities of the mind.

“For things to change first I must change” is a regular daily mantra to use.

Some might say the above remedy is too hard to practice so choose to fill their minds with extraneous information that entertains, amuses or creates fear and even more busyness. This is a choice. Every human has the free will to choose how to live their lives. The results of these choices are demonstrated in the body as good health or otherwise.

We encourage you to take notice of the state of your minds, of the thoughts you have and consciously, with intent, change those that create agitation, fear, self-doubt, and other lower vibrational thoughts.

You are in charge of your minds – of the thoughts you have. Others attempt to take your authority away through a variety of manipulative means. For your own benefit, we ask you to become aware of the state of your mind and of what you put into it.

You are the master. How willing are you to take this responsibility?

We will come again.

Louise continues her narrative.

🐋 Whale Medicine

While working with my spirit animal cards, the Whale appeared. I felt an instant pull — a remembering.

Whales are regarded as the record-keepers of the Earth. Their songs carry the ancient memory of the oceans and the planet — holding sacred wisdom, ancestral lineage, and deep time. The ocean, symbol of the unconscious and emotional realms, mirrors the depths of our own psyche.

Whale Spirit teaches us to trust the unseen, to surrender to the flow of life, and to be still enough to hear the subtle messages within.

Many years ago, in session with a gifted healer, the whale came forward as one of my totems. I began to reflect — what was it that Whale wanted me to hear now?

The next day, walking with my husband, we spotted whales offshore — their gentle movements, sprays, and dives stirred something ancient in me. It felt like a clear sign to listen, to tune in once more to Whale wisdom.

🌊 A Sacred Encounter

This morning, again walking the beach as the sun rose, I felt the familiar pull to sit and meditate in the rays — but something urged me onward. As I continued, I noticed a small crowd gathered ahead.

There, on the sand, was a baby whale. Beached. Lifeless.

A wave of urgency came over me. Tears rose instantly. A woman from SeaWorld Rescue was present, calm and kind. She explained that the whale was a female, just 5 to 7 days old, and had died before washing ashore.

We spoke of her beauty, strength, and the sacred knowledge whales carry. Then she left me to spend time alone with this ocean being — a child who would never reach the warmer waters with her mother.

The grief came in waves — the grief of her mother, of the sea, of the world.
And mine.

As I walked to the place where I often meditate, I felt the sun’s rays gently wrap around me. Sitting down, I closed my eyes — and instantly, the colour red burst into my vision. It was vivid and beautiful. Then came orange, soft and glowing. Suddenly, my heart expanded — bursting open with love, radiating outward toward the whale, the people on the beach, and the surrounding elements. A deep sense of calm settled over me. My third eye awakened, flickering with colours and sacred patterns. It was truly a moment of awe — vibrant, alive, and filled with grace

This experience felt like a transmission. A calling to witness. A ceremony woven in real time — through sunlight, chakras, spirit messages, whale songs, and grief.

I honour this baby whale.
I honour her mother.
I honour the wisdom she brings — and the depths she calls me (us) to remember.

“Return to the deep within. Listen to your inner song. Let ancient wisdom rise through still waters.”

Are we having “fun” yet?

Have you ever felt very clear about something you had to do? You’ve made a decision, you have a course of action, and you have an idea of what the outcome “should” be.

You start, and suddenly things aren’t going to plan. I am not referring to the significant or traumatic life events that we all experience, but rather to the minor, often-overlooked frustrations that we usually don’t acknowledge. We get on with life and deal with them. That is until they compound and finally get our attention.

This week, I realised that our compounding frustrations, which we often ignore, are closely related to our assumptions.

Let me explain. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to learn more about AI and animation.

Then, as if by magic, an ad for an AI course popped up on social media at an excellent price. I was very drawn to it. I was very tempted to purchase it.

Still, I reasoned, why did I need to pay for a course? I have extensive and current digital skills, so how hard could learning about AI and animating images be? I assumed I would find what I needed online, which would be, of course, freely available.

Well, famous last words. I spent hours and days searching and watching YouTube videos. It was time spent that I didn’t really have, but I kept going, after all, I knew what I was doing, didn’t I?

Then, the frustrations started to build. At first, files were hard to find because I had so many tabs open. My time was constantly being disrupted, making it hard to focus. Then I would learn something only to have another source contradict it. Oh, the list is long!

Finally, I stopped. The universe had my attention. I realised, among other things, that I was not listening. I had assumed I knew best.

It’s easy for us to recognise assumptions in others, but have you ever examined your own? How often do you reflect on them? In my case? Clearly, not often enough.

I did sign up for that AI online course. I told myself that if I spent the money, I would make sure to finish it (even though I had a busy week planned).

Well, everything aligned over the week. I learnt so much; the course process was straightforward, and I have even signed up for another course about YouTube.

The funny thing is, when I was about halfway through the AI course, I realised I was enjoying myself. I was having “fun.” Who knew!

I feel the lesson wasn’t really about the courses; it was about my “why”. Why was I making life more complicated by not listening to the initial guidance and assuming I knew best?
