"Dear Students of the Light, Your world is changing rapidly. For many it seems to be quickening with the pace of daily tasks accelerating. It is wise indeed to find ways to calm your energy, and to relax. We have difficulty in accessing you when your minds are so busy. Becoming even more important to your health and sanity is purposefully deciding to slow down and relax. Ashtara is finally choosing to create times in her busy days to relax and we take these opportunities to transmit our messages. We are concerned about the plight of your planet and all…

Sharing a transmission from my book I AM AN EXPERIMENT, An Extraordinary Spiritual Adventure. (P. 214) This transmission was given to me by Ascended Master, Lord Kuthumi. When humans incarnate into form on the 3D earth plane a change occurs to their consciousness. 3D density envelopes their energy field which in turn reaches into the denser energy patterns of a specific nature the soul has chosen to work with during the life. The hard aspects in the birth chart depict these patterns. There are many clues to this dense patterning carried in the energy field from previous existences. It is…

We each exist as a spark of Light – a soul – within the Source of all Light. We can never be separated from this One Source – from Prime Creator. We can think we are. I visualise this Creative Source as an invisible energy sphere that encompasses all universes, galaxies, solar systems, planets, and living creatures. This Source energy of Divine love is all around and within us and can be likened to the Divine Mother who loves her creations unconditionally. When it is the cosmic timing for our souls to be activated into further evolutionary spiritual growth, a…

Joy is a created state of being. It can be constant if the desire is strong enough. First desire, then application by thought and deed. Joy is akin to love. Joy is experienced when following the path of love. When sharing what you love to do, joy is shared with others around you. Our scribe often says she feels as if there is a big smile in her heart as she shares her joy of dance, especially the sacred circle dance Paneurythmy - a dance of meaning and purpose. Nature rejoices when sharing it. Group joy of dancing Paneurythmy provides…

Your world is changing considerably due to many causes. Many of them not for your highest good. Chaos reigns and it is challenging for many to create peace yet it for your highest good to do so. It becomes a personal choice to continue creating mental chaos that leads to physical chaos or to make changes that lead to harmonisation. Our scribe often gets caught up in internal chaos to her detriment and is aware enough to recognise it - yet continues, and suffers accordingly. Old habits are hard to break. We, the Arcturians can see how and why you…

Good morning readers of our Circular. Thank you for your continued interest. A serious development is taking place in the northern hemisphere of our planet that is concerning my regular cosmic transmitters, the Arcturians. Their vision is from a higher perspective to ours. I received a personal transmission from them a couple of days ago which they asked me to share with you, and from which to take positive and appropriate action. It follows: “Good morning Ashtara. We have not contacted you for some time and what we have to say this morning is of value, and is important. The…

Good morning readers. I am Mary, a Magdalen and have a message to share with you. From my earthly perspective I view your world and the events in it as transient. They come and go, yet growth is always evident. This is my focus as it is Ashtara’s. The evolution of the human soul is our interest. My perspective as already written in many of your global author’s books is correct - up to a point. That point is the level of consciousness reached at the time of the writing and the level of comprehension by the transcriber. Ashtara’s comprehension…

What the Arcturians have to say: For far too long humans have been ignorant of the cosmic forces that guide their lives. In ages past when people valued their connections to the higher realms and lived their lives accordingly, greater trust and harmony existed. Gradually materialism became valued more than spirituality and lives became more complicated and busy. The pace of daily life accelerated and a natural way of living declined. A return to Nature is imminent. We in the higher and lighter realms observe and guide wherever we can. A calm mind is required for us to reach you.…
