2025 through Numerology, the Tarot and Astrology
A Trinity of Ageless Wisdom
Numerology
Numerology teaches us to add each single number together to make one larger number, and then add that number together to make a final one.
: 2+0+2+5 = 9. Therefore this year of 2025 contains the vibration of the number nine.
What is the meaning of this vibration?
Number nine is the completion of a cycle of single numbers and therefore carries the energy of endings. Let’s translate this into this current year. Following are some key words of the number nine that describe some of the energies you are likely to encounter throughout the year.
Humanitarian; completion – of projects/issues: forgiveness; idealism; changes; endings; inspiration: goals realised: elimination of the useless: Artistic talents.
Under this numerical vibration events can take place quickly. There may be many stops and starts though so it’s best not to be concerned if this occurs. Remember – patience is a virtue and, you may be learning a life lesson in trust. Trust in the flow of unfoldment.
It is the year to make a final selection between waste and useful material. Eliminating the useless, and letting go of past mistakes can be emotional so it’s wise to begin the year with specific intentions and a loose plan. Hanging onto the past and wallowing in it will only bring discontent, depression and frustration.
Should you be unwilling to let go of the past emotional upheavals, blame, guilt and other dense and heavy emotions, this year is likely to do it for you. And it may not be pleasant!
Number Nine is a year when goals can be achieved and existing projects completed. It is an ending cycle. Therefore, it is possible that a former relationship may come back into your life enabling you to complete former unfinished financial or psychological business.
It’s also a year to give thanks for your many blessings and all of life’s learning experiences because next year will have the number one vibration of new beginnings.
I suggest you focus daily on sincere thanksgiving through which joy will naturally follow.
The Tarot for number Nine
Number nine card in the Tarot is The Hermit: – a symbol of ageless wisdom.
Reflect on the image of a hermit. A person stranding on a mountain top – having achieved a great deal throughout his journey to the summit. He carries a torch so he can shine his light of wisdom upon others. The hermit has, over his lifetime, evaluated that which is useful and heartfelt and discarded the rest. He has achieved mastery over his mind, emotions and actions. This is the culmination of a cycle.
Therefore, during this year there is likely to be endings in all our lives, some expected and many unexpected.
A thought has just popped into my head – Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the leaders of our governments decided to quit making wars – forever?
Maybe I’m being too idealistic?
I know it could happen, should each of us intend to quit our internal wars.
I always have in mind – “As Above – so below. As Within – so without”.

Astrology for the number Nine:
The Sun (and Virgo)
As we progress through life learning many soul lessons, we reach the stage of finally forgiving ourselves for our limitations, and for the blame we attributed to our perceived perpetrators. We now realise our potential and our abilities. We become humanitarian, and futuristically inclined because we have grown spiritually and have embodied a higher level of consciousness .
We can now view life from a broader perspective and have earned the right to shine our light (The Sun) as brightly as we can to aid humanity in its journey to the Light of higher consciousness.
Through learning discernment (Virgo), and using our heart-felt energy of love to determine our direction in life, we receive joy and abundance. Through learning to trust our inner guidance and acting wisely upon it we realise the importance and value of doing so, as it aids our future. We learn to willingly correct perceived mistakes as soon as we recognise them, and forgive ourselves for making them. We’ve also learned to forgive others we once accused of harming us, realising we attracted the perceived harm through our personal magnetism in order to learn a valuable life lesson. We can now view life from near the summit of the symbolic spiritual mountain.
We can intend to reach this summit this year. Why not make it a New Year resolution? The summit of the spiritual mountain becomes available when we have willingly purified ourselves of psychological shadows and choose to reach for the Light of higher conscious awareness.
The Sun is constant – It shines its light on everything living in existence. This year, so too can you. Look to where (the area of life – house) where your Sun in it’s sign is placed in your birth chart. This is where your soul will assist you in shining your light brightly as you open your heart to the experience of divine love.
