FULL MOON NOVEMBER 13, 4.17 PM AEST 21 DEGREES TAURUS
Taurus is connected to the body and its senses. All knowledge of our existence is stored within our cells and can be accessed through intense desire, sensitivity, intuition and feeling. It is a very valuable habit to learn to become aware, respectful of and to act constructively upon the body’s many messages, as this can prevent illness and pain in later years. Taurus is the sign relating to the Buddha and represents the one-pointed focus, desire and determination needed to reach enlightenment.
You are probably experiencing hard work, drive, passion and intense focus in the lead up to this Full Moon. There may be a conclusion to some situation that began in late April or early May, when the Full Moon was in Scorpio, the opposing sign to Taurus.
Taurus is a feminine earth sign, connected to security, stability, values, finances and the consciousness around money. It is becoming very apparent how global greed and the desire for power and control has created financial collapses and glaring poverty. The question is – what can we do about it? There is a big something we can do! We can observe the collective abuse of money and power and realize it is an out-picturing of individual abuse of money, power and greed. We can then choose to become conscious of the way we think and act around money, power and control and decide to change any self-destructive and limiting patterning. Eventually, when enough people become awake and conscious this energy will naturally awaken the majority and the 100th monkey syndrome will come into being. Each one of us plays such an important role in the bigger picture scheme of human and planetary evolution.
Simply by observing and evaluating your external life and noticing the area that is not working gives you clues as to the specific mind- set you need to change. If enough people were willing to do this it would transform the collective consciousness for the better. So, it’s a good time to become more serious about your financial affairs.
If you are experiencing lack of monetary abundance then sincerely ask yourself the following questions “What is my limiting money mind-set that I need to transform?” and “How can I generate the income I need to live a balanced, fulfilling and productive life?” If you calm and still your mind and ask with passion, heart felt sincerity and desire, the answers will come in. They may not be what you think they will be!
The ideas most likely will be based on the direction you would love to follow but haven’t had the courage to pursue. Now is a good time to release all resistance to allowing this path of the heart to guide. If fear emerges acknowledge it, thank it for sharing and allow it to pass by. And then begin what you feel passionate about that is based on the goodness of your heart and is for the greater good. You will be amazed at the lightness you feel and the doors that will open.
At this time those with strong Taurus in their energetic blue print are likely to be feeling, and acting upon the urge to create more beauty and substance in their lives. Taurus, however, can also overindulge! Overindulgent in retail, food or drug therapy as a panacea to hide emotional insecurity and lack of self-value and self-worth can become very costly. The better option is to become conscious of the cause of the emotional insecurity and make appropriate internal changes.
Neptune is closely involved in this particular cosmic moon dance so some people will be realizing a dream come true and/or seeing clearly their future direction. This direction may involve a humanitarian theme. Some may need to remove their rose-coloured glasses to aid them see their limiting life creations.
Dreams and visions for the future are the inspiration we need to carry us forward however they do need dynamic, confident, assertive, practical and constructive application otherwise they cannot materialise. This energy is now available through an opposition to the Full Moon by transiting Mars and Mercury in Scorpio. Saturn in Virgo, part of the dance group, is holding the reins enabling the concretisation of your ideals.
To activate a new direction, especially if it involves a humanitarian ideal, requires self-trust and the willingness to utilize your unique gifts, talents and resources. Being lazy and indulging in self-doubt or wanting/hoping/wishing that others will manifest your dream for you will not work! Trust is a Taurus theme. It is important to learn to trust and follow the guidance of your inner higher power that is wiser and sees more clearly than your ego self. This guidance can only come into a calm mind through intuition, inner vision and feeling, feminine themes.
There may be the tendency to be compulsive, obsessive and manipulative with this Full Moon. If you play these games it would be wise to identify and acknowledge them and choose to let them go, forever. A “death” of an old pattern is always needed to enable forward movement. Sometimes this happens through a literal death of a loved one in order for the next evolutionary growth stage to occur. If you are stuck in a particular area of your life you will need to ask yourself very penetrating questions to become aware of why you have created it.
During this Full Moon cycle give yourself permission to have a “floaty” day, relax and calm your mind, ‘smell the roses’ and appreciate the beauty and majesty of nature’s gifts. Spend time in nature, as it will soothe your soul if you allow it. The more you consciously generate the feelings of love and appreciation for the beauty of nature the lighter and happier you will become. It is also therapeutic to express gratitude and appreciation for your life’s journey and all you have learned thus far. We have all been given the gift of life and through it the opportunity to create our life as we choose. We can choose to do this consciously through loving self-awareness. We are so blessed.
