MAKING HOME

Ashtara

What does this mean?

When I feel the impulse to write an article on a particular subject I know I will experience the theme first so I can identify the energy. In order to know truth one needs to experience it. Truth is then shared with authenticity.

Anastasia’s remarkable series of books, written by Russian writer Vladimir Megre, offer the best way I know to describe, create and experience “Making Home”. I highly recommend them as they contain valuable life-enhancing information.  They are easy to read yet very potent!  They have already sold millions of copies around the world yet have not been on the market for long.   According to ancient esoteric wisdom a new light would arise from Russia in the 21st Century that would bring huge transformative change to the world.  I believe these books are that light.

American astrologer/author Barbara Hand Clow in her book The Pleiadian Agenda, A New Cosmology for the Age of Light also has wise words to say about ‘Making Home.   She speaks about the importance of creating a home on land that feels just right, and then consciously anchoring and radiating our energy into that space. The land needs to feel nurturing for the process to work well.  She says that soon all of us will be “grounders of geometric light forms into earth”. ‘Making Home’ is also an ancient North American Indian teaching.

We are periodically coded to love a certain place on the planet and we will be drawn to this place. We will feel unsettled until we find it.   It doesn’t matter in which country we establish ourselves.  We will feel a soul yearning to live in this place for a period of time. The ancient wisdom teachers knew of the ‘Making Home’ teaching and practiced it during the astrological Ages of Taurus 4320 – 2160BC and Scorpio. 17,280 BC – 15,120 BC.

Now, as we enter the Age of Aquarius, (part of the fixed cross formation between Taurus/Scorpio; Leo/Aquarius) this ancient wisdom of ‘Making Home’ is being remembered.  We are being drawn to the area/place and work in the world where our soul feels most at home, expansive, free and energized.

‘Making Home’ in our special place will enable us to feel safe, emotionally secure and happy.  From this place creative forces from the land and from within our cellular memory will surface and we will act appropriately on these memories.  We will feel and love the land as part of ourselves. It is here, where the land resonates with our soul, that we can create a Space of Love.

The process of ‘Making Home’ also applies to our inner psychology. When we feel balanced, at peace and at one with our heart, body mind and soul we have ‘made home’ on the inner planes.  We have developed an internal space of love that sustains and nourishes our soul. How then can we maintain this sacred space?   By becoming aware of when, how and why we hand-over this place to the ego and then choose to correct!  Self-awareness and self-understanding are the keys.   Our shadow ego self is the part of us that self-sabotages.  One of the most effectual ways to become self-aware, apart from learning and experiencing spiritual astrology, is to follow the cycles of the Moon.   Learn to feel her cycles in your body.  The New and Full Moons bring up emotional issues and themes and you can work with them by following my bi-monthly Moon Musings.  Use the cyclic energy consciously to work with your shadow self.   A new world awaits, one that doesn’t contain psychological density, however you have to hop on board the light train yourself.  No one else can do this spiritual journey for you.   Your soul is crying out for the feeling of belonging to the light and it is time to honour your soul’s longing. You will need to advance way beyond your comfort zone of security to achieve this goal however joy and freedom are the result.

This new positive pioneering step may feel scary at first because you are entering unknown territory.  However, it will also feel ‘right’. You need to venture into the unknown to develop a greater sense of emotional security and a feeling of belonging.

Building a strong foundation based on self-love, self-value, self-understanding and self-honouring will enable you to Make Home within yourself.
