I am writing this article in response to the suffering I see and feel around me. So many people seem to be experiencing internal and external conflict and my heart goes out to them. It is my hope that the following words may throw light upon that suffering.
Quantum physics has now proven that we live in an interconnecting energy field and that all of matter is comprised of this energy. This field encompasses All That Is and ever has been. It is a living, expanding force field of consciousness and we are immersed in this field forever, whether in spirit or in the dense matter of our bodies. This scientific data connects and confirms ancient sacred wisdom teachings. This information has been known for many thousands of years and now our western technological world has identified it, using different terminology and language.
We can choose to become conscious of this unified energy system operating our lives and can learn to work with it through the study of the most ancient of sciences, astrology.
From my experience, and knowledge of astrology, metaphysics and the wisdom teachings of the ancients, the planets act as a cosmic tool to aid the evolutionary development of humans. The energy of the cosmos is within and without us. Each planet carries a unique package of energy, as does each human. We are all holographic parts of a giant hologram. This hologram of energy that sees all and knows all has been given many names. In the Christian tradition that name is God, in the Hindu -Brahma, in Asian cultures Tao and for the North American indigenous tribes it is Great Spirit.
Whatever the name the energy is the same. There is a universal force within and without us that is comprised of the finest and highest frequency of light and an all encompassing and allowing love. This living force of light and love surrounds, is part of, and connects everything. It penetrates into the low vibration of density or darkness of the human experience and illuminates whatever needs to be highlighted at any given time. The timing is via the energetic emanations of the transiting planets.
Everyone is experiencing the planetary opposition between Uranus and Saturn however some are feeling it more deeply than others. Why is this so? Because some people have placements around the 21 degrees mark in their birth charts that are being activated by these two dancing partners. It is around this degree that the cosmic duo is currently dancing, according to the western astrological model. These two cosmic forces are not compatible chappies and are taking their time to get to know each other.
So, what does each of them want? Saturn’s energy is traditional and enables the building of strong, long-lasting foundations from which a solid structure can be erected. This can apply to the building of a life, a job, relationship or house. It also applies to the structure of consciousness and this aspect is the focus of my writing. Saturn is referred to as The Lord of Time, The Lord of Karma, and The Taskmaster and sometimes some other names - not repeatable! Under a Saturn transit old fear, limitations and restrictions emerge from their mental and emotional hiding places to be faced, acknowledged and healed. Some people find this energy very difficult to handle, especially those who do not want to take responsibility for their life creations.
On the other hand unconventional Uranus likes to send electrical bolts of lightning into the above concrete structures of the mind and break through them to enable higher consciousness. This higher perspective of viewing life naturally brings about change, reform, freedom of spirit and a more illumined approach to life.
These two energetic forces work in this way whether we are conscious of them or not. We feel their influence on a very deep and subtle level of our being and can choose to become aware of how they operate in our bodies, minds and emotions and thus work with them rather than against them. This approach takes commitment, time, effort and the willingness to probe deeply into the fearful and limiting thoughts and beliefs that may have ruled our consciousness since childhood or beyond.
I’ll offer an example of the way in which these two planetary players are currently affecting individuals. Let’s say you have a professional well paid, full time and long-term job and are working for, or dealing with, corporations or organizations based on traditional belief systems. This is Saturnian territory. It represents the established order. A comfort zone of your experience appears to be rock solid! Relate this to the beliefs within your mind.
Along comes Uranus. Shock – horror! Sudden unexpected change occurs. The business closes down. You are out of a job. You have debts and a large mortgage. Your way of life has been suddenly and chaotically changed. This is happening for so many people in the western world.
There are many approaches to take to this, dependant upon your level of consciousness. If you are one of the people experiencing the above, or a similar situation, I would like you to embrace the possibility that, on some inner subtle and unconscious level of your being, you created this situation for the purpose of your inner evolutionary soul growth. This can be difficult for many to accept however the embracing of this higher perspective enables a huge evolutionary leap into higher consciousness.
You can re-act to the perceived crises through fear, limitation and lack of understanding of the big picture process of your life or you can choose to respond to the change and view it as an opportunity to completely alter your life style and your way of being to enable more fun, creativity, excitement and freedom. You can view the seeming crises as an exciting opportunity to create sweeping changes to your old traditional, rigid and probably boring, way of life and, more importantly, the perspective and beliefs from which you viewed life. Uranus will bless you!
You can choose to heartily embrace your fear; love it for its’ teaching and move forward courageously. You can step into your future in a completely new and exciting direction, trusting in the evolutionary process and deciding never, ever to again play the old psychological game that got you stuck in the place of hardship and suffering in the first place. Of course that psychological pattern needs to be identified, acknowledged and gratefully and lovingly embraced for the teaching it has given you otherwise it will repeat. And when it does it may be even harder to handle.
The key to the new direction being successful and fulfilling is that it must be based on love. It may take some inner probing to arrive at your path of joy, excitement and love however it will be worth all the effort spent on finding it. It takes courage to live this way as it also implies the willingness to become conscious of your past and present limiting and dense beliefs. Becoming conscious of them throws light upon their darkness thus releasing their energetic emotional charge. However it requires dedicated follow up via constructive action before they will remain continually in the light.
The Lord of Time, Saturn, says it is time - for change (Uranus) both individually and collectively. These two forces are likely to head butt in the lead up to the Full Moon, 21 degrees Virgo, March 11th. Sparks may fly between the two dancing partners before they come to a harmonious agreement. There will be no winner and loser. All are equal in the eyes of the great hologram. It is the energy of balance, harmony and equilibrium that is needed to resolve the battle internally and externally.
Are you willing to be open enough to embrace the possibility that, on some deep and unconscious level of your being, you created your situation of suffering and hardship in order to learn to become greater than you ever thought possible? Within each of us are the seeds of greatness and the light to become a star. Here is an opportunity in which to shine your brightest and be that star. All it requires is willingness and a deep desire within your heart to identify, embrace, accept and change outmoded mental and emotional software.
The March Virgo Full Moon highlights the Uranus in Pisces/Saturn in Virgo opposition. Virgo carries the energy of daily service whilst Pisces reflects service to inner divinity. Virgo also likes to problem solve and to bring order to mental confusion that results in external chaos. As mentioned above Uranus likes to shake, rattle and roll the fearful belief barriers of Saturn. This polarity is very strong so if you haven’t been choosing to consciously raise your level of self-awareness as a service to yourself and your inner divinity this transit, accompanied by the March 09 Full Moon, is likely to be the trigger that enables it.
You may find yourself choosing between two totally different paths. My sincere recommendation is to commit to the pathway of joy, love, creativity and excitement, as this will make your soul rejoice and enable magic to happen. Yes, you might have to learn new skills - isn’t this what life is all about? It is embarking on the pathway of love and joy that will enable you to be the Star that you are.
