About Ashtara

Ashtara is an Australian professional astrologer, inspiring spiritual teacher, writer and entertaining speaker in the field of human consciousness, spirituality, metaphysics, holistic health and the esoteric sciences.

Her Mission is to awaken and empower individuals and groups to access higher states of consciousness that enable spiritual enlightenment and optimum health through mind/ body/spirit harmony.

She does this by creating diverse educational programs and products that activate her students into actualising their potential. They learn how to utilize their life’s challenges to transform and uplift their lives by connecting with their intuition, truth, potential and purpose. Ashtara has a charismatic personality with an infectious laugh and enjoys seeing the ‘cosmic joke’ of life unfold.    She uses her natural gifts to empower her students to live a life that is authentic, conscious, spiritual and meaningful.  Her consultations provide her clients with life enhancing illuminating and practical spiritual guidance.

In 1996 she self-published her first five books, of which GAIA OUR PRECIOUS PLANET, TARA EMISSARY OF LIGHT and THE GREAT COSMIC JOKE were the most popular in Australia and the USA.  THE CRACK IN THE COSMIC WINDOW was translated and published in Bulgaria in 1997.  Since then she has written and self-published a series of astrology books titled YOUR RECIPE FOR EMPOWERMENT THROUGH SPIRITUAL ASTROLOGY.  These are easy to read self-help astrology workbooks that simplify a complex subject. Her students value them very highly and constantly use them to gain greater self-understanding, clarity and direction in their daily life.  She is currently working on two new books and intends to publish them in 2011.   

In 2000 Ashtara travelled to South America and began a love affair with Peru and Bolivia.  For the following nine years she led groups to the ancient sacred sites in the high Andean mountains to facilitate spiritual work.  It was here she experienced a deep soul connection to the land that enabled the remembrance of ancient sacred wisdom. During these years she worked with indigenous wisdom keepers.  Following her inner guidance she also travelled to fourteen different countries leading groups to areas where spiritual work was required.

In mid-2009 she was directed to be in Israel on 1/1/2010 to walk the exile route of Mary Magdalen.  In 2012 she is to lead a group on the same pathway.
