On the next day we visited the Karnak and Luxor temples before returning to Cairo. We also experienced the Karnak sound and light show. However the most important part of this show on the New Moon night was that Orion’s Belt was directly positioned over the temple. As we moved through the main large passageway towards the inner temple the Belt of Orion was positioned directly in the centre between the two furthest pillars, pulling us towards it. I couldn’t take my eyes of this celestial show knowing full well it that it had significance that would, at some time in the future, be revealed.
These two temples were without the energy of the temples visited the previous day. The next day we went to the Cairo museum and learned much to aid our understanding and perspective. It was here I felt another link to the Magdalen story I am writing in my book the Magdalen Codes.
Whilst recently visiting one of the temples around Luxor I had the knowing that the reign of Akheneton, the heretic pharaoh, was very necessary to the story I am uncovering. Akhenaton, who was trained by his father in the ancient sacred wisdom teachings, decided to focus his reign on creating a new way of life for himself and his subjects based on monotheism. He disbanded the many gods and goddesses, moved his kingdom to El Armana, seemingly in the middle of nowhere, and commenced his peaceful rule. He played an important part in anchoring the esoteric sacred wisdom of the stars in that area of the planet. He carried a similar frequency to that of Yeshua and Mary Magdalen and was also way ahead of his time. He also created revolutionary pictures of art that were representative of nature rather than of the gods.
My visit to the Cairo museum confirmed my knowing. I felt a great connection to Akhenaton and his brief reign and felt that he was a vital key in the great evolutionary cosmic plan. He, and his wife Nefertiti planted seeds of multi-dimensional consciousness into the souls of those they ruled. However his reign was short. He was far too much of a revolutionary! His son Tutankhamun was the next ruler. He destroyed all images of his father and reinstated worship of the gods and goddesses and the part they were believed to play in war mongering. Akhenaton was relegated to the scrap heap of Egyptian history.
The drive to the pyramids the next day was dusty and dirty and the area surrounding these magnificent monuments was the same. We both felt that these majestic monuments of such priceless value needed to be cared for and respected at a far higher level than appears to be currently the case.
The sphinx called us. She is enigmatic, calm, composed and quite beautiful. My inner knowing tells me that she is much older than the pyramids. Her side base construction is linked to the pre-historic advanced building techniques that are so prevalent in Peru. “Ha” – I thought, “I’ve found another piece to my jig-saw puzzle. These two ancient civilizations and the mystical teachings they embraced were directly linked”. I had felt and known this to be the case but now I had visible proof.
Magical, mystical South of France. This beautiful country holds a vital clue to the Magdalen story. I know it will precipitate the development and enhancement of my current understanding. Karen and I are “winging” it. We had no prepared itinerary for this journey. The only places I booked prior to beginning the trip was the first five nights in Israel and the last five nights in England. The rest was a blank page as I felt we needed to be free to allow Spirit to guide us. And have we been guided! Amazingly!
I only had one connection in France and that was given to me two days prior to leaving Australia. One of my friends told me about a special area around a sanctuary/shop in southern France that she had visited in 2009. She had felt it to be a very special, mystical and peaceful place. It was in a country area of Languedoc in southern France. So, we followed this clue. It was the only one we had. However we knew it would be the one we needed. Two days before we left Egypt for France I emailed the woman who runs this sanctuary knowing full well she would give us the information we needed. She did!
We phoned the contact she recommended and, within four minutes, everything was arranged for our visit the following day. We had our private accommodation for 5 nights in a Gite, a French word for a separate cottage within the grounds of a private home. Our host and hostess spoke English very well and were generous, warm and incredibly welcoming. Our host picked us up from the railway station at Carcassonne and drove us to their home, and ours for the next five nights. We loved it! And guess what? Our hostess has for many years, and still is, studying the esoteric mystical wisdom teachings. She knows all the special sacred places around the area. Her knowledge of and information about pre-history, pagan times, the Essenes and the truth relating to the Magdalen period, is profound.
As soon as I met her I knew she was to be a very special spiritual tour guide. She is a gentle and loving soul. Her husband, a computer whiz and former tour operator, attended to all our travel needs relating to our departure from France and arrival into UK in five days time, took us shopping to the local supermarket to buy all the food we needed and also provided practical and valuable information. With all our physical necessities now in place we were now free to explore, learn and work together with our hostess.
Our journey from Cairo to France was via Paris and then by train from Marseilles to Carcassonne. I had wanted to go to the Carmague coast, the area where Mary Magdalen arrived by boat into France, but we were unable to do so. However, the train we caught went through that area anyway and then followed her route through to our destination. Mary once lived in the area where we were to stay for five nights! How about that for divine guidance at work? Who am I to attempt to control?
We were now set to begin the next part of our journey; a very pivotal and important part that I feel will bring greater revelations and a bigger picture perspective.
Our wise hostess agreed with me that Akhenaton, his teachings and his reign in Egypt plays a vital role in the great jigsaw puzzle I am piecing together in my book. I also know my lovely new yet seemingly familiar friend was a priestess of Isis in a former time. I broke down and cried when my soul recognized her to be so. I had intuited that I would be welcomed into France by a Priestess of Isis, as Mary Magdalen had been on her entry into France, and when it became a fact I felt overcome with joy and gratitude.
My hostess, with a dedicated interest in 1st century history, has studied ancient texts written about the life of Jesus. These historic references give the true perspective to the story of Jesus and Mary, their life and their sacred wisdom teachings. They also contain written correspondences between Mary and Jesus/Yeshua/Oshu (his Aramaic name). My hostess is providing missing links to the giant jigsaw puzzle I am piecing together of which the texts of the Nag Hammadi scrolls form part. She also confirmed that Qumran played a vital part in my story and the escape route of Mary Magdalen.
She told us that Jesus was an Essene and that Zachariah was his real father. His half brother was John the Baptist who had inherited the title of King of the Jews from his father after he had been killed. John was later beheaded because he was the uncrowned but known King of the Jews. Jesus, his half brother, was then asked to take on the title of King of the Jews but did not want it. He wanted to teach the esoteric and mystical sacred wisdom teachings he had learned during his youth when living in both India and Egypt. Because he was reluctant to take on kingly status and responsibilities he wasn’t beheaded, as had been the case with his half-brother.
Instead he was imprisoned before his crucifixion because he was a threat to both the Romans and Jews. He was crucified but didn’t die on the cross.
This information has already been recorded and I had read about it many years ago. I’d placed it into a file in the computer of my mind and now needed to bring it onto my mental desktop.
It is up to each individual to believe, or not, the story I am relating. I’m simply a messenger and have searched, since I was seven years of age, for the truth of Jesus teachings. It’s been a life long quest that went underground in my psyche for many years but was resurrected in 1987. The teachings I have been sharing, and the books I have written, form part of these teachings. The dream I had, at that early age of seven, was to teach the truth of Jesus teachings. I knew then that they were not to be found, nor taught, in a church, but instead in the church of nature. That childhood knowing grew into a spiritual mission and a way of life.
Jesus and Mary did have a daughter, as written about in many books including my Magdalen Codes book. The loving couple separated and lived their lives in different countries. Their respective spiritual missions were far more important than their marriage. They planted seeds of love and advanced consciousness into the fertile soil of the souls they met and taught. As humanity enters the astrological Age of Aquarius, nearly two thousand years later, these seeds are preparing to sprout and grow into healthy plants.
On our third day in South of France we were taken on a tour of the general area where Mary Magdalen lived and where I believe Jesus/Yeshua/Oshu spent time together. Firstly we visited the Mary Magdalene church at Renne le Chateau where a 19th century priest apparently found a priceless treasure that brought him much wealth. Some say this was gold, and well it might have been, but to me the most priceless treasure would be ancient documents that contain special information that could change the course of history forever.
Following this visit we went to a holy area in the shape of a sacred circle valley. The land felt gentle and peaceful and has been kept so for thousands of years. It has been, and still is, guarded well by local families. It was here we visited the Throne of Isis connecting to a sacred well. We felt so joyful here. We sang, laughed and played. A lightness of spirit prevails throughout this area. It is a very special place of high pure energy.
We followed two different fast flowing streams that almost completely encircled a mystical mountain where ancient sacred treasures are buried. One of the river streams was salt and the other fresh water. Where these two streams met seemed very special and again we felt very joyous and light hearted. We then were shown two ancient giant rocks straddling a part of the holy mountain, one black and one white, representing the feminine and masculine principles. The dark represents the void into which the feminine principle must descend in order to extract treasure that then enables the light of higher consciousness. Across the road from these pillars was an ancient astronomical observatory where those trained to do so studied the stars. I felt totally at home here.
And then, to cap the day, we visited the remains of a large ancient Essene community, a place where this Gnostic sect lived for hundreds of years in close connection to this ancient land. Was this where Mary Magdalen lived and taught?
The entrance into this holy circle of land, into which geometric designs are interwoven, is via very large ancient stone gates. Where the Throne of Isis and the well are situated is where two geometric shapes meet. Contained within this circle are both astronomical/astrological wisdom teachings as well as sacred geometry and geography.
Our final destination was Glastonbury in the Somerset area of England. It is here Mary travelled under the protection of Jesus’ Uncle, Joseph of Arimathea, a wealthy tin merchant and secret disciple of Jesus. The train journey from the South of France through the connecting under-water tunnel between England and France was very comfortable, warm and easy. It took most of the day. As we emerged from under the channel tunnel the winter Sun burst forth from the clouds, a wonderful greeting for our time in U.K.
We had to change trains at St. Pancras station, dash with our heavy suitcases to catch a taxi to Paddington and then find a train to Castle Cary, the closest train station to Glastonbury. Two warmly clad slim middle-aged women struggling with suitcases up and down many steps must have been quite an amusing sight! The things we do for love!! We were fortunate in England because some younger people offered help.
Our B & B was situated within walking distance of Glastonbury village and in the lower farming area once known as Avalon. Because there had been very heavy rain prior to our arrival many of the paddocks were waterlogged so looked mystical when viewed from a higher vantage point. Avalon used to be a water area surrounding the Glastonbury Tor. It wasn’t hard to imagine. Donned in our long johns (thermal underwear) boots, coats, hats, scarves and gloves we ventured out for four hours each day, whilst the Sun did its best to shine! Again the elements were favourable.
We walked and walked. Loved the little village, climbed the Tor, visited the Chalice Well, an incredibly peaceful and beautiful site, and tuned to the land. Books on Mary Magdalen abound here. It seems an accepted and well- researched fact that she came here to teach and share her wisdom. So far we haven’t met any druids, who were the nature loving people who provided solace and support for her when she arrived in this area.
There is an ancient zodiacal wheel laid out over the country around the Glastonbury Tor that appears to have been the creation of an ancient civilization. This western style zodiac can be seen from the air. It lies in a circle from Glastonbury in the north to Somerton in the south. Glastonbury is in the area of Aquarius and is represented by a phoenix. Glastonbury Tor is the eye of the phoenix. Some pre-historic people constructed it possibly to use for sacred ceremonies as well as astronomical observation.
One of the most fascinating observations we have made on this trip is to see how, throughout the ages of time, patriarchal religion and dogma has captured and contained a great hold on human psychology. We have witnessed innumerable branches of Christianity whereby all adherents believe they worship the true teachings. We have witnessed the hold Muslim leaders have over their adherents to the extent that fear reigns supreme. We have witnessed the worship of an amazing number of deities and how this practice instils inferiority, servitude and subjugation.
Control, power and greed have been and still are the dominant forces behind the many religions we have encountered and from this dense psychology wars erupt.
The times we have enjoyed and appreciated the most have been those spent in nature. For us the world of nature is so beautiful. It provides uplifting experiences that warm the heart and soul. It is a loving teacher if only people would choose to view it as such. Natural Law is forever present however religious doctrines have taken many people away from it.
The truth for each individual lies within their heart and soul and not without oneself. All knowledge and wisdom is contained within. Special power places and sacred sites activate personal truth. This is why I take people to these places so they can wake up to truth within themselves. Mother Nature is the true power source and many ancient cultures, especially the indigenous ones, understood appreciated and demonstrated their love, respect and appreciation of it.
I believe Mary Magdalen was one of these people. Priestesses of Isis were trained to feel and know the energy currents of the elements of nature, including the cosmos, within their bodies. They understood that nature was their best teacher.
For Karen the whole trip has reinforced and emphasised her understanding of truth. It has powerfully and profoundly pointed her again to the path of nature and natural Law.
I realize now that the mission I was given to uncover the escape route of Mary Magdalen at the time of the 2010 Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon in Cancer has also been an unfolding of truth within me. Mary was exiled from her home and the land she loved. This exile has been part of my journey. Many other people experience this same exile or separation from a parent/home/land/partner/child they love and the pain is very great. Yet life goes on. It is up to each one of us to return to our inner temple, the temple of our heart and soul. This is our inner home, a place where we feel attuned and at one with All That Is.
My heart is so full of gratitude to all the wonderful people who have supported my journey. Through your love you have enabled and encouraged me to return to the temple of my soul, my inner home. Thank you for being you.
Egypt, one hour’s flight from Tel Aviv was a totally different world. On arrival into Cairo we were greeted by dense, thick smog with very poor visibility. Noise and more noise grated our senses. It was a culture shock after the clean fresh air of Israel. Hotel was reasonable and close to the Nile and the main 5 star hotels. We were there for only half a day and one night prior to flying to Aswan. That was enough!
In Aswan we joined our boat, the Nile Ruby, one of the 300 boats that traverse the Nile carrying curious tourists. Our tour guide Mohamed is accompanying us. It’s interesting that the two Egyptian (Muslim) men we have met, one near our hotel in Cairo and the other in Aswan, are both unmarried and intend to remain that way. They are rebelling against religious doctrine and the huge responsibility of taking on a wife (chattel) for life. They prefer freedom. The one in Cairo has a successful business and the one here in Aswan is an excellent, informative, intelligent and questioning tour guide. Both are self-employed.
Aswan is a breath of fresh air after Cairo. Clean air, green grass, wide streets, calm, quiet - at least where we are on the waterfront! Our first tour was to the ancient temple of Phillae (The Temple of Isis). Our guide described the hieroglyphics very well so we were able to read some of the stories engraved in the huge walls.
One thing that our guide said connected the missing links to my understanding of universal ancient sacred wisdom. And this was that the Egyptian pantheon of Goddesses and Gods were worshipped as deities much like the Romans and Greeks worshipped their gods. I instantly connected this information to western astrology, which has at its base the archetypal energies of the Greek and Roman gods.
For example Venus is Aphrodite; Mars is Ares; Zeus - Jupiter; - Saturn - Cronus; Poseidon; Neptune; etc. Astrology is a tool to enable humanity to evolve into higher consciousness. So too was the Egyptian pantheon given as a tool to assist human evolutionary development. This understanding excited and made sense to me!
I love to see the bigger picture, meaning and purpose behind my adventures. They are always for my spiritual growth as well as the spiritual purpose given to me! It’s my job to extract meaning and relevance. I also love to see, and enjoy, the Great Cosmic Joke.
On our first grey day, as we cruised down the Nile, we watched a movie on Mohamed’s computer. Guess the title of the movie lent to us by a Muslem Arab - Australia! He had learned much about Australia from this movie and we learned a lot about him! Good exchange!
“What am I doing here? Why was I directed to come to this ancient land?” were questions I asked myself on completion of our Nile cruise whilst we were being driven into the desert towards the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank of Luxor. Those same questions again came into my mind the following day. I felt as if I might be losing connection to my guides and the mystical treasure hunt given to me.
And then I looked up and saw the next sign-post! Nag Hammadi, the town where the important Nag Hammadi scrolls were found! Excitement, gratitude and joy welled up in my heart. Excitement and gratitude because I had no idea I would have the privilege of visiting this place. Joy because I knew I was on the right path. It was in the caves around this town that the gnostic gospels were stored and possibly written by some of Yeshua’s disciples following his crucifixion. Why did I momentarily doubt?
Self doubt vanished! I knew we were on the right trail and that more would be revealed this day, the day of the New Moon and Solar Eclipse in Capricorn. It would be a new beginning.
The first temple we visited was Abydos, two and a half hours drive from Luxor. We were the first tourists there, reaching it at 9.00am.
I began to feel weak and strange in my stomach. I knew then that ancient memories were stirring! It was a magnificent old temple, dedicated to Osiris, with seven sanctuaries where only high priests/priestesses could go to worship their deities. As we entered the sanctuary of Horus, the divine child of Osiris and Isis, the strange feelings became stronger and then, when we visited the sanctuary of Isis, I felt as if I might collapse. I also felt emotions of sadness and grief. “Was I transmuting the psychological density contained within this temple on behalf of the mass consciousness?” I wondered because this has been part of my spiritual ‘job’ for many years, and “Am I feeling Mary Magdalen’s sadness and grief about her necessary exile from a land she loved?” I believe the answer to both of these questions was yes.
I could feel how Mary Magdalen would have wanted to come back here for the last time before she went into exile in Europe. She wanted to express her gratitude to Isis, a symbolic representation of the Divine Mother Goddess, for her safe travels thus far and to receive blessings and strength for the continuation of her life journey.
We spent a couple of hours in this temple before leaving to visit Dendera, a temple dedicated to Hathor, the beloved goddess who wet nursed Horus and later married him. It was here we saw the famous ancient Egyptian zodiac on the ceiling of a small room high up in the building. This temple was much younger than Abydos and had been completed in the time of Alexander the Great and the Romans who followed. Therefore the zodiac could have been a representative of the kind understood by Mary Magdalen that formed a necessary part of the esoteric training of the Priestesses of Isis. The original of this piece of scientific art is found in the Louvre museum in Paris however the replica was intact and clearly visible.
Karen and I studied it well but the room was very small and we couldn’t take it all in. What we could see very, very clearly was that there were four goddesses represented at the four cardinal points. Four goddesses! Our western astrology model has two feminine and two masculine deities with Ares, the god of war, as the rising planet! Aggression and war has become a collective thought form that was deliberately created thousands of years ago to facilitate the state of our world today. Cronus -Saturn, the Lord of Karma and Time is the other god. Maybe humanity needed to balance the karmic scales of past times before a return to Source/Oneness/Mother Goddess could be experienced? When was the Dendera temple zodiac created, when was it changed, and by whom?
Some of the answers to these questions were downloaded to me during 2007/8. I have recorded them and will publish them in one of my upcoming books. They are quite revolutionary.
Prior to departing on my journey to Israel to follow the footsteps of Mary Magdalen's escape route from the biblical Holy Land I realized I had many astrological transits affecting me on the journey, shown clearly on my birth chart. I wondered how these energies would play out. I understood I would have the opportunity to learn spiritual lessons relating to my subconscious limiting motivations. I also knew that I would have the opportunity to expand and grow beyond them. What form would they take?
My supportive companion and driver of our Avis rent-a-car, Karen, travelled with me. Having experienced for five days the peace, calm, beauty and tranquility of the country area of Sharona near the Sea of Galilee and being guided by and relaxing into Flow, we decided to head for Jerusalem. We wanted to spend time here to experience the old city and to arrange our exit from Israel. I was the navigator. I used an outdated map. Unwise!
We followed main route 60, and drove through beautiful fertile countryside straight into Palestinian territory, complete with huge steel barricaded open gates, beyond which was a steel and barbwire fence and control check point. Karen instantly did a U turn to retrace our steps. We found out later it was dangerous territory and we wouldn't have been allowed to enter anyway!
Our peace was disturbed! I felt a slight tinge of fear in my stomach as we approached the high steel fence and an old pattern relating to 'fear of the consequences of making a mistake' momentary arose. I was the navigator and responsible for the route! This was the remnant of an old fear/ control pattern arising and I could see it in all its glory! I allowed Miss Capricorn control to temporarily take me over!
We found a major brand new highway on our updated Avis map that also had clearly marked the areas to avoid! "We must find a reputable travel agent when we get to Jerusalem" I said to Karen. "We must organize (control) our exit!"
I was carrying this Capricornian energetic package when we arrived in Jerusalem. Karen drives into cities by intuition and she stopped in beautiful King David Street in a select area of Jerusalem. She easily found a park and then we found a hotel in which to spend the night. However I then started the control process again. I wasn't allowing flow to guide! No luck! Blockages every which way! Resistance to flow attracts resistance!
Many Israelies advised us that we couldn't get into Egypt from Tel Aviv and that it was unwise to attempt the alternate route, that of driving into the Sinai desert from Eilat, a tourist city at the bottom end of Israel. We were feeling we would have to by-pass Egypt or go to Rome first before entering Egypt. Karen was observing quietly my fear based control process!
The next morning I had a 'wake-up' dream. My inner dream teacher always shows me where I am 'at' in my consciousness via my dreams. I take note of them and do my best to decipher, and act upon, the messages. They are usually symbolic and given to me in graphic and amusing detail, once I decode it! This one indicated I was no longer stopping to 'smell the roses' and that I was lying to myself. I needed to let go of the control 'lies' contained within an old belief system and allow Source/Flow to guide me instead.
I could see my psychological game so clearly now! We leisurely ate breakfast and then enjoyed our walk into another area of the new city of Jerusalem. And there, upstairs, was American Express travel Agency! No hassle, no control! It appeared because we allowed ourselves to be guided by energetic flow. We walked upstairs and met Tali who organises the visits to Israel and the Middle East for the Australian Army, Consulate and UN. She knows Queensland well, and in particular Canungra, near where I live, and wants to buy a home on Mt. Tamborine! A perfect Angel manifested when I gave up ego/personality control!
Within a few hours we had our trip to Egypt all arranged, from Tel Aviv airport direct into Cairo, eight nights in Egypt, four of which on a boat cruising down the Nile, stopping to visit temples on the way. Two of the nights will be spent at the Isis hotel in Luxor, the area where the important temples we want to visit are situated, including and especially the Temple of Isis. Tali chose the hotel for us, saying it was the best value in Luxor and a hotel she personally liked. We had no say in it!
Mary Magdalen was possibly born of an Egyptian mother and was trained as a Priestess of Isis. This means she was trained as a member of an esoteric order that was connected to the Essenes and the ancient Sirian mysteries that form part of the ancient Egyptian spiritual wisdom teachings. Isis was regarded as the Mother Goddess, the giver of life. Sirius is a stellar system situated around 13 degrees of Cancer, and is conjunct my Sun/Mercury. I know it well! I believe Mary returned to these ancient Egyptian temples en route to her departure and exile, hence our reason for visiting them. The Priestesses of Iris probably protected her.
So far we have visited the area around the Sea of Galilee where Yeshua (Jesus) taught and where he spent time alone with Mary Magdalen. We then visited the Qumran caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. These scrolls took over fifty years to be pieced together and translated. Qumran is the place where I feel Mary Magdalen travelled to and sought refuge from the turmoils of Jerusalem. She was given refuge by the Essenes, a break-away spiritual sect of Gnostics (a peace loving people who believed in direct inner knowing and living according to Natural Law) who lived in the area for possibly over 100 years but who were invaded by the Roman army around 69AD, some 36 years after the crucifixion.
I had a vision the morning of our departure for Qumran that showed very clearly that Mary did go to the Essene community at Qumran and was provided with a camel to ride on her long journey into exile. She needed this vehicle because she was either heavy with child or had a small infant to carry.
The scribes from that time stored their teachings in sealed clay jars in the high caves of Qumran whereby they were discovered nearly 2000 years later, in 1947, by a Bedouin shepherd.
We also visited a private beach on the Dead Sea and dangled our feet in the slimy, silky highly mineralised and therapeutic water. Kalia beach, associated with the Kalia kibbutz where we stayed for two nights, is situated very close to Qumran and, we found out later, in Palestinian territory. It was very relaxing even though there were armed guards always present at the entrance/exit.
It was interesting to see the hills of Jordan across the other side of the Dead Sea and to spend time at the lowest beach on planet Earth - 417 metres below sea level. We visited the old walled city in Jerusalem, saw where the crucifixion and resurrection took place then drove to Tel Aviv and prepared for our departure from Israel.
Adventures abound in this mystical and fascinating land. If you are interested in pre-history and the spiritual evolution of humanity through the many different cultures then this country provides many answers. However it will also leave you thirsting for more. Historic details cannot be obtained through written information as the Inca and pre-Inca civilizations used an interesting and involved knotting system to keep their records. These were mostly all burned by the Spanish invasion in the early 1500’s. These highly evolved people did, however, pass valuable information down through the Ages via myth and story telling, as did many other indigenous civilizations. Many researchers have proven that much of what is written in their myths is based on truth.
There is another way to access this ancient knowledge. For those tuned in to a different and higher frequency, that is a result of regular and dedicated long-term meditation and conscious healing of old psychological wounds, the sacred sites in Peru assist the remembering of a great deal of both personal and collective history. It is not uncommon to receive transmissions from higher dimensions in these sacred places.
The energy fields of the sacred sites are storehouses of valuable information and when one is coded to a particular vibratory frequency the knowledge is accessed easily. As this occurs one’s heart is awakened to a sensation of expansion and the feeling of love and peace. Powerful emotions, coming from a deep place within, can be experienced as one begins to re-member. People often feel as if they have come home. A spiritual awakening has taken place and one that will never be forgotten.
When standing in front of some of the huge awesome stone structures that comprise many of the sacred sites in Peru and Bolivia you will wonder at the amazing minds and the advanced technology used, still unknown today, to build these impressive temples. Who were this highly advanced civilization that constructed these sites and why did they do it?
For the eight years I have been regularly travelling to this country much knowledge has been revealed at the sacred sites, not only to me but also to many people in my discovery groups. Through these memories I have been able to formulate an understanding of the important spiritual evolutionary role played by the ancient indigenous people of this land. I have been so lucky to have the services of my Quechua (the name given to the indigenous Indians) tour guide and spiritual son, Fredy Conde. Fredy is as fascinated as I am about the ancient history and between us we have been able to piece together an amazing lineage. As we visit a newly discovered sacred site the information provided fills in many of the gaps to our understanding. We teach our findings, and the spirituality of this land, to the groups participating in our Andean Adventure journeys.
For those interested in accelerating your spiritual journey to the light of higher consciousness you can be assured these journeys to the high Andes of Peru and Bolivia will activate and accelerate you amazingly. 'Click Here' to find more information about my next Andean adventure.
The Ancient Feminine Temple on the Island of the Moon, Lake Titicaca, Bolivia
Some years ago, when I first placed my feet upon the land of this small island on the Bolivian side of Lake Titicaca, I became completely enveloped by unexplainable heart and soul opening sobs. These were joyful sobs of remembrance. I had been here before, many life times ago! My soul and body remembered. But what was it I remembered? Would my conscious mind reveal what my body and soul knew so well?
As the sobs overtook me I was compelled to lie face down upon the earth, unable to speak. I instinctively kissed the ground feeling such love and gratitude. Then, after I had gained a degree of composure, I felt moved to conduct a group ceremony based on my ancient memories. I have no idea what I said or did but the group members present were greatly touched by the experience.
Since that time I have remembered much and have recorded my memories. These will form a future book. They explain ancient pre-history that has not ever been written. There is still much for me to remember and record. Each time I visit this Island I gain greater clarity and knowledge.
At this sacred place some people are activated to remember the ancient times when they were specially chosen female initiates on their spiritual path to multi-dimensional consciousness. They were attending a unique residential esoteric training school on this Island. Many people in my groups have had revealing awakening experiences at this magical place. Why here? Because the veil between dimensions is thin. The esoteric Feminine Ray enters our planet near this island in Lake Titicaca and infuses the area with high frequencies. There is much sacredness and many hidden mysteries here that are gradually being uncovered by those coded to do so.
There are between 175 – 180 people living on this small island. There are almost no modern amenities and the few children who live here travel by boat to the nearby larger Island of the Sun to attend school. The Island of the Sun also has many ancient sacred sites and there have been many unusual, mind-blowing and exciting discoveries made here. I have recorded some of other’s experiences and have experienced many of my own.
During the past week I was fortunate enough to meet the current Priestess of the Moon Island in her humble, stone, thatched abode. She is one who leads their many ceremonies, heals the sick and reads coca leaves. She prepared a special herbal infusion for the group accompanying me and I was permitted to have her photo taken with me. We sat in the courtyard of her home enjoying the warm sunshine and convivial hospitality.
The women on this island use special weaving techniques and specific symbols to infuse their ceremonial clothing. I was particularly interested to notice the weaving frame demonstrated by a village weaver, Hortensia, as we watched her intricate and agile weaving hand movements. The frame comprised two esoteric carvings: one depicted the serpent; an ancient symbol for feminine power and the second depicted the life-giving rays of the Sun.
Ancient knowledge, wisdom and symbolism infuse the lives of these Andean people.
Following the meeting with these two women we traveled to the other side of the Island to the ancient Temple of the Moon. This is such a powerful place. The temples are crumbling however the energy field of the land stores memories. These are accessible to those tuned up to the specific frequency. Again, as I lay spread-eagled on my back in the centre of the temple, more memories enveloped me, of a time when the great white semi-etheric giants walked the Earth teaching their star lore. Most indigenous cultures have these same legends and when the truth of these legends becomes known his-story will have to be completely re-written. Her-story needs to be told and I look forward to sharing my understanding and knowledge, based on my many and varied experiences.
Sacred ceremonies play a large part in the lives of the indigenous people of the high Andes. Much preparation and care is taken to make sure the ceremonial foundation adheres to the ancient wisdom teachings.
The indigenous people use coca leaves in their spiritual ceremonies. They regard the spirit of the coca most highly as it offers healing, aids altitude sickness and enables users access to higher dimensional planes of experience. Some of the wise medicine men and women use the coca leaves to read the future path of an individual, a group or a community much like we in the western world have palm and tarot readers.
During my five-day ‘elder’ experience at Charazani, in a remote area of the highlands of Bolivia, I was expected to take part in some of these ancient ceremonies. Each member of the international circle of elders was given a sacred ceremonial bag in which to place the gifted coca leaves and we were asked to chew upon these leaves during ceremony. These leaves are also used as an herbal tea infusion that is offered to visitors to the high plateau of Peru and Bolivia. It certainly aids altitude assimilation and I recommend it most highly to my adventuring Andean groups.
The ceremony for the 2008 September equinox was an awesome experience. It was held on a mountain top overlooking the small village of Charazani and, from about 5.30AM, in the freezing cold and magical mist, some 150-200 people from all around the world emerged from their rooms or tents and began hiking to this elevated area. On this peak was a large Christian Cross and on the adjacent mountain peak was a large statue of Jesus. These people have incorporated the Spanish religion into their lives whilst still maintaining their ancient spirituality.
This ceremony however, was completely Andean. All present were smoked to cleanse their auras and the sacred fire was continually fuelled so it would burn throughout the ceremony. Men and women filed to the two altars separately, each reverently giving their offerings to Pacchamama (Mother Earth). The Andean people have tremendous reverence for Pacchamama and Father Inti (the Sun that provides life force energy) and for the elements. They are completely sincere in their thanksgiving ceremonies. They totally believe that if we do not give thanks for all the food, shelter, warmth and life force energy we receive daily, perhaps one day we may not continue to experience this abundance. At the conclusion of the two-hour ceremony all enjoyed much frivolity, music and dance.
The Andean people are poor by western material standards but so rich in their spirituality. It is an enriching and life-changing experience to learn of their way of life and their ancient culture.

The ancient practice of Ayni is still very prevalent in the high Andean mountain areas of Peru and Bolivia. This is an ancient spiritual practice that has endured for thousands of years. The indigenous people believe that, to experience a rich, nourishing, abundant and fulfilling life the expression of gratitude and appreciation for all we experience in life is to be expressed daily. When one gives this love and appreciation with sincerity the etheric channels are then open to receive. This is Ayni. It is a practice of reciprocity.
The indigenous Indians of this land believe that each of the mountains, lakes, four directions, elements and sacred places have a guardian spirit. They offer gifts to the Spirit of these places with great reverence, humility and love. It is a heart-warming experience to take part in these ancient ceremonies and to experience the acceleration of energy flow.
One of the greatest gifts of love and appreciation they offer is to Pacchamama, a name they give to Mother Earth, because, without her offerings of food, shelter, water and beauty we would not be able to survive.
I have just returned from a five day annual international Gathering of Elders in Charazani, a remote village in the highlands of Bolivia. At this Gathering was an amazing blending of cultures. Approximately 300 people attended the Gathering from about 20 different countries. The small village was overloaded with pilgrims and the resources were limited.
Indigenous elders from Mexico, USA, Gautamala, Eduador, Brazil, Argentina and many other South American countries gathered together to celebrate the uniting of the Eagle and the Condor, i.e. the North and South American indigenous cultures. There was much Ayni present.
I was given the honor of elder status at the Gathering, being asked to be part of the Council of Elders (Grandmothers and Grandfathers who carry much wisdom) and to attend Council meetings.
I felt incredibly privileged to be the only white person in this Council.
I will write more about my experiences at this Gathering within the next couple of days.
Congratulation Ashtara, you must be so proud of yourself & your achievements. I'm so very happy for you. Yes we do have alot to learn from the indigenous, with giving thanks & gratitude for all that we receive. Thank you for sharing your adventures & wisdom with us. Joanne

The practise of reciprocity was one of the key lessons that I took away with me from my recent adventure with you in Peru & Bolivia, thanks for sharing your latest adventure. Big hugs.
Adventuring brings up the unexpected. It takes us out of our comfort zone and offers opportunity for greater self-exploration and understanding. As I arrived into Cuzco airport, the ancient spiritual capitol of Peru, the joyful and excited faces of my unofficially adopted Peruvian children, Teresa and Fredy Conde, greeted me. Teresa was the first Peruvian I met when I began my adventures here in 2000. Her welcoming smile was as bright as it was then.
This time she is six months pregnant, carrying twins. Fredy is my Peruvian tour guide and adopted son. I encouraged them to form a tour business and now Andes Journeys is flourishing. I entered their lives following the early passing of their mother and am regarded by them as their spiritual Mom. I am proud to be the godmother of Teresa’s delightful five-year old daughter Camilla.
Being immersed in this family, experiencing their love and warmth, and being privileged to spend some hours with Fredy’s one day old baby daughter, born the day after I arrived, has allowed me the opportunity to ponder upon the value of family.
I see how each family member is a reflection of a different aspect of self and, by learning to value, accept and honour each family member for their teaching we have the opportunity to reconnect these aspects within ourself. This enables wholeness and love.
I feel very fortunate indeed to have families in four different countries of the world. Australia is my home and my family there are unconditionally supportive. Some do not understand the work I do, nor have the desire to do so, however they respect and love me for who I am. This warms my heart. My son married an American girl in the early 1990’s and has lived in USA since then. He and his wife have two daughters and I will be visiting them for Christmas. Within a few days I will be connecting with a group of North American indigenous elders and reuniting with my Bolivian adopted family. And, through internet technology, am connecting a global family.
I see clearly how valuable is my connection to each of you. My heart feels so full as I appreciate the opportunity to expand my family.
Please send Teresa my best wishes & cogratulations on her twins, & the same to Freddy & Radeet on the birth of their daughter. I have just recently become a grandmother to a beautiful baby girl. I still hold Teresa & Freddy very dear to my heart for there hospitality. Freddy for his humour, & there whole family for there amazing ability to whip up a 3 course meal with beautiful flavour, from freshly grown fruit & veges, all cooked in a tent. We did not go without anything. I am so very gratefull & thankful to have met these beautiful people through you, thank you. Joanne
